KEW Planning was created in July 2018, following 13 years’ working in two multi-disciplinary practices in the private sector. This involved working predominantly within the South East of England and South Wales.
KEW Planning understands the complex nature of the planning system, which is consistently being updated to make the planning process quicker and easier. However, all these legislative amendments can complicate the system.
KEW Planning has the knowledge and experience to help guide you through this complicated system. We will provide reliable advice to help maximise the development potential of your land / site, and present sound strategies to deliver a successful outcome, within project timescales.
KEW Planning has particular experience of:
"Kathryn is a highly motivated planning professional offering an excellent service to her clients. Brett Leahy // Chief Planning Officer at Milton Keynes Council
"Kathryn is very competent at her job, extremely knowledgeable as a planner, driven in her dealings and negotiations with planning officers, able to meet tight deadlines when also managing other consultants (some who have challenging traits), challenges us as a client when we might be on the wrong track and is always up-to-date with national, regional and local government planning policy and how it could affect Fusion as a student accommodation developer."
Paul Miles // Fusion Students
"Kathryn has provided sound and robust planning advice through the preparation of planning appraisals / statements, or pre-application meetings, which has aided in the marketing and disposal of several sites from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) portfolio. The town planning service the MoJ has received from Kathryn has assisted in obtaining extremely good capital receipts on these sites specifically. Kathryn is highly professional, provides regular client feedback and good quality advice/reports."
